Big’s Mobile Detailing commits itself to “Simple IRA” – Simple Individual Retirement Account, a company-sponsored plan that allows employees to save up for their future.

In a nutshell, it means that employees may choose to contribute up to 2% of their paycheck to their retirement accounts and the company will match that 2%. For example, if an employee makes $1,000, they can choose to put $20 into the account, and Big’s will put another $20 into that account for them. In total, the employee gained a free $20 towards retirement for that period!

This plan is a huge step that Big’s had taken to ensure that each of their employees will be well taken care of into their later years.
